Analysis:
People from the age of 45-49 are at an age where they're about to retire. Which means there would be more job opportunities for the younger generation but one of the problems would be not all of the jobs would be filled. The reason why the younger generation wouldn't be filled to fill the jobs for the older generation is because the younger generation is declining.
